Liderar y supervisar todos los procesos de nómina para las operaciones en Costa Rica y Panamá, asegurando el cumplimiento de las regulaciones laborales locales, la precisión en los pagos, la optimización de procesos para ambos países e instituir la equidad del pago de las remuneraciones entre los puestos. RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES- · Revisar el desarrollo de las actividades relacionadas con el sistema de planillas, a fin de supervisar de manera oportuna y eficaz la planilla de pago; como los descuentos adquiridos por el personal que labora en Skechers en Panamá y Costa Rica. · Administrar vacaciones, incapacidades, licencias y otros conceptos especiales. · Verificar los cálculos y demás información al procesar en el sistema de pago de planillas, incluyendo pago de aguinaldos, bonificaciones y liquidaciones, · Validar los formularios generados en el sistema y que se cargan en el módulo de Planilla Web para su posterior gestión. · Validar que las planillas recibidas por parte del outsourcing de planilla en ambos países cumplan con los ajustes necesarios y se expresen los montos correctos a ser pagados a los empleados. · Preparar los asientos contables para todos los procesos de planilla (quincena regular, terminaciones, vacaciones, etc.) cada mes, oportunamente y cumplir con el cierre financiero para ambas sociedades. · Creación de nuevos empleados en la plataforma de control de turnos. · Verificar la data generada desde el sistema de turnos considerando la fecha de corte de los procesos de planilla y evaluar la gestión de incidencias, como los pagos de horas extras, permisos e incapacidades, previa autorización de cada gerente de área. · Atender los reclamos del personal y de los usuarios del servicio; así como absolver consultas, internas o externas; además de solicitar información según se requiera. · Verificar mensualmente los informes 03 del Impuesto sobre la Renta. En este rol brindará apoyo en desarrollo y operaciones al manager, colaborando con equipos multifuncionales a nivel global y enfocándose en el soporte de sistemas de HR para la región de Latinoamérica. Las principales funciones, entre otras, consistirán de: Deberá trabajar con todas las áreas internas de la organizacion para desarrollar soluciones, procesos y políticas de Workday que den como resultado una excelente experiencia al usuario y eficiencia en los procesos. Ayudar a la configuración multifuncional de Workday en las siguientes áreas: Core HCM, Reclutamiento, Incorporación, Desempeño y Reportes. Apoyar en la implementación de las siguientes fases del proyecto: Beneficios, Nómina y Ausencias. Ser un experto en la plataforma Workday HCM. Compartir la experiencia de Workday con otros miembros del equipo. Apoyar en implementaciones e integrationes de sistemas relacionados. Identificar y solucionar problemas, resolver problemas complicados del sistema y desarrollar reglas de flujo de trabajo, validaciones de datos y personalizaciones. Ayudar a garantizar que los controles y procesos del sistema cumplan con todos los requisitos de auditoria interna y externa. Ayudar a mantener la seguridad y la integridad de los datos. Ayudar para mantener la documentación de cambios y los materiales de capacitación. Ayudar con la implementación de integraciones con sistemas de nomina locales.
