Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Retail Intelligence Specialist in Panamá City, Panamá. The Retail Intelligence Specialist delivers measurable and actionable value to business operations through data and analytics-based enhancements. This includes developing data models and dashboards to monitor performance metrics, uncovering insights from complex datasets, and identifying trends to drive operational efficiencies through data-driven decision-making. The role also supports the company's point-of-sale systems, traffic counters, and other store-related technologies. It is a key business-facing position that partners with cross-functional teams, franchise partners, and Pandora D&T to deliver strategic solutions-covering requirement gathering, gap analysis, promotion setup, and procedure documentation aligned with business priorities. Key Accountabilities: Lead data and analytics projects to identify gaps, design retail solutions, and drive strategic outcomes across the operation. Evaluate optimization initiatives and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance operational excellence. Create, develop, and maintain retail dashboards using data analysis, mining, and modeling tools to monitor performance and generate business insights. Standardize and automate legacy or manual reporting processes to simplify access to data and enable informed decision-making. Analyze raw data from multiple sources, eliminate bias, and structure clear, actionable insights. Identify opportunities for proactive analytics initiatives that support key strategic priorities across the cluster. Develop and deliver impactful presentations that translate data into compelling commercial narratives, while facilitating stakeholder discussions around insights and implications. Uses querying languages like SQL and other tools like Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, or Advanced Excel to produce reports and perform quantitative or qualitative analyses addressing business issues or questions. Build and foster relationships with key POS providers and business teams. Be the in-house key point for the retail POS operation and ensure that all business partners have the latest information. Responsible for running, configuring and testing promotions on the region's POS systems (CharmSys & Linx). Collaborate with business partners and IT leadership to identify and implement solutions that anticipate business needs and enhance operational efficiency, while leading requirement-gathering sessions with cross-functional teams and Pandora D&T to ensure alignment and successful execution. Interface with business partners, agency partners and suppliers to understand both short- and long-term project needs and act as a dependable solution provider to meet those challenges. Qualifications & Skills Eduation: Bachelor's Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Ideally 5 years of experience in retail, with proven expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and retail technology platforms. Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the retail environment, including POS, back-office systems, traffic counters, and related store technologies. Strong experience in data visualization, data engineering, and advanced analytics. Skilled in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, SPSS, and Excel (including Power Query, PowerPivot, and statistical analysis). Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling data-driven presentations. Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights (strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with advanced numerical skills). Experience managing multiple priorities with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities. Prior helpdesk or technical support experience with troubleshooting and issue resolution. Product-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate closely with functional teams to develop and implement self-service reporting and dashboard solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
